Entry requirements for the Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication(BAMC):
- Candidates must be holders of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination(A.C.S.E.E.) with at least two(2) principal level passes in appropriate subjects at the same sitting with a total of five points or two principal level passes, both of at least 'C'grade if not at the same sitting.The points are based on the following scale: A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1, S=0.5, F=0;
OR
- Candidates must hold a relevant Diploma of at least second-class standing from an institution recognised by the University;
OR
- Candidates of mature age (25 yaars) who passes the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination(C.S.E.E. Ordinary Level) with at least five passses and three credits in approve subjects,which should include English,and have a minimum of four years working experience in a relevant field may apply.Such candidates must be ready to take a special Aptitude Test;
OR
- Candidates from countries with an 8-4-4 system of education must have completed succcessfully at least one year of university study in their countries of origin.
